This page explains what Little’s Guide collects, why, and how it is handled.
What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp, we use the details you share for that conversation — for example, your name, your child’s age, or your question. On the website, we collect basic analytics: the pages you visit, how you arrived, and general device and location information such as browser type and city.
Why we collect it
To respond to you, to send you the scan, and to understand how visitors found us. “How did you hear about us?” is the only long-term measure of what works.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your data, and we run no third-party advertising. We never send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or anything that identifies you to Google Analytics.
Cookies and analytics
Website analytics is provided by Google Analytics 4. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland it runs without cookies; elsewhere it sets first-party cookies so returning visits can be recognised and counted. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
Where your data goes
Analytics is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. Our conversations happen on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. We keep only what we need to help you, and we do not share it with anyone else.
